Research and Experiment on Key Technology of Water-Fertilizer Integration Intelligent Equipment

Current water-fertilizer integrated irrigation systems are complicated and inaccurate. In this study, an intelligent water-fertilizer integrated irrigation system was designed that includes a human-machine interface, pump, solenoid valve, peristaltic pump, electric conductivity and pH sensors, Raman probe, and control cabinet. An orthogonal test was performed to minimize the steady-state control error of the prototype. Experiments to validate the control performance showed that the electric conductivity and pH regulation errors were 1.52% and 2.11%., respectively. The measurement accuracy of the Raman probe for mixed solutions reached 0.1%., which meets application requirements.
