摘要

Aplasia cutis congenita (ACC) is a disease with localized skin defects at birth. Most of the lesions present on the scalp, and the skin defect on the lower extremity is extremely rare. We report a case of ACC type VII occurring on the left lower limb with bone shortening in the tibia.
