The invention relates to a system and method for preventing high-viscosity ash from depositing on the surface of a catalyst through multi-element reinforced coupling intelligent regulation and control. The system comprises a flue gas heat recycling subsystem, a particle conditioning and modifying subsystem, a multi-field uniform distribution dust filtering subsystem and a catalyst physical regeneration subsystem, which are sequentially arranged in a flue between an outlet of an electrostatic dust collector and an SCR denitration reactor. The flue gas heat recycling subsystem, the particle conditioning and modifying subsystem, the multi-field uniform distribution dust filtering subsystem and the catalyst physical regeneration subsystem are respectively connected with an intelligent regulation and control platform. According to the invention, by means of the particle tempering modification, multi-field uniform distribution dust filtration, catalyst physical regeneration and the like, with low-cost stability and high efficiency as an optimization target and coupling intelligent regulation and control full-flow optimization control, full-flow multi-means matching optimization control of high-viscosity ash source emission reduction, migration process removal, physical regeneration removal and the like are achieved, and safe and high-efficiency operation of the SCR denitration systemis realized at low cost while high-viscosity ash is prevented from being deposited on the surface of the catalyst.
