Constructing Onboard Switched Networks of Minimum Complexity

In this paper, we formulate the problem of constructing an onboard switched network of minimum complexity required for real-time transmission of periodic messages, as well as propose algorithms for its solution (generating the network structure and system of virtual links). Results of the experimental evaluation of the proposed algorithms for constructing onboard AFDX networks are also presented.
