A cross-sectional survey of cannabis use by people with MS in Oregon and Southwest Washington

•About a third of people with MS currently use cannabis for their MS.•Most respondents use cannabis by multiple routes of administration.•Most respondents report cannabis is very or somewhat helpful for their MS.•Those who are younger, earn less, have progressive disease, and have disability are more likely to use cannabis.•People who are younger, earn less, do not use MS disease modifying therapies, and have worse disability are more likely to report that cannabis helps their MS.
