摘要

•Chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA) needs relatively long treatment duration.•However, recurrence of CPA after completion of treatment is not uncommon.•Supportive data on the optimal duration of antifungal therapy are limited.•Clinical outcomes were compared on a 12-month basis of treatment duration.•Treatment for ≥12 months was associated with a lower risk of recurrence of CPA.
