摘要

•The analysis was carried out within 1 min for each plasma sample.•This method has allowed for analysing more than 350 human samples/day.•Pharmacokinetic study was carried out on healthy Egyptian volunteers for the first time.•A full validation was conducted according to FDA guidelines for the bioanalytical method.
