Triple-Sleeve Lobectomy For Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer: Lessons From A Case

Abstract We present the case of a 66 year-old patient who underwent a triple sleeve right upper lobectomy for acT4 pleomorphic carcinoma who achieved long-term survival while refusing an indicated adjuvant treatment. She died 4 years after the surgery from a metastatic melanoma. Case is reviewed as well as pitfalls linked to such a complex procedure.
