摘要

Methotrexate (MTX), a folic acid reductase inhibitor, is prescribed as the first-line systemic treatment for patients with psoriasis. Although the therapeutic efficacy of MTX has been well demonstrated, patients show substantial heterogeneity in their response to MTX therapies, and the efficacy of MTX in a given patient is unpredictable.
