摘要

•Polymeric micelles were incorporated in 3D printed systems protected by an enteric layer.•Polymeric micelles were released at the colonic pH being protected from the GIT environment.•CPT-loaded micelles showed no cytotoxicity against Caco-2 intestinal cells.•The colon-specific released of the micelles enabled a significant improvement in the intestinal permeability of CPT.
