摘要
•Skin sympathetic nerve activity (SKNA) reflects cardiac sympathetic tone.•Noninvasive neuro-electrocardiography (neuECG) can be used to investigate SKNA.•SKNA presents a dip night in healthy young adults.•The SKNA dip is impaired by working a nightshift, with a delayed recovery.•The neuECG serves as a useful tool to detect subclinical autonomic disturbances.
