Outcomes after clipping and endovascular coiling for aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage among dual-eligible beneficiaries

•Dual-eligibles are patients with both Medicare and Medicaid coverage.•Dual-eligibles represent a high-cost group.•We aimed to characterize aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage outcomes in this group.•In our study, dual-eligibles were less often discharged home.•They also had increased odds of poor outcome among patients receiving coiling.
