摘要
•Pleurotus eryngii and Pholiota nameko are edible mushrooms.•Three naturally methylated mannogalactans were purified and structurally characterized.•They differ in the Mw, degree of branching and % of naturally 3-O-methylated Galp units.•This is the first report for P. nameko heteropolysaccharides.
