摘要
•The ABE and oxygen vacancy concentration of PSFSix increase after Si doped.•The phase transition is reduced below to operation temperature by Si doped.•The oxygen vacancy concentration of PSF exceeds the Si-doping samples with heating.•The oxygen permeation flux of Si-doping samples is gradually exceeded by PSF.•The Si doped increases the chemical stability of samples in reducing atmosphere.
