摘要

•Rats were exposed to lead (Pb) from the beginning of gestation to adulthood.•Chronic exposure to Pb affects the entrainment of locomotor activity in adult rats.•The Pb decreased the number of photo-activated neurons (immunostained for c-Fos) in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN).•The Pb decreased the number of neurons stained with Nissl in the SCN.
