The organic amine is introduced, so that the oxidation of iodine anions can be inhibited, a raw material ratio is accurate and controllable, and the defects caused by iodine are reduced; and moreover, a crystal production process can beregulated and controlled, the prepared perovskite thin film is large in grain size and few in defect, and the quality of the perovskite thin film is greatly improved, so that the performance of a perovskite solar cell device is improved.
