The invention relates to a preparation method of an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite thin film, and belongs to the technical field of organic-inorganic hybrid materials and photoelectric materials.The method mainly comprises the following steps of introducing organic amine into a perovskite precursor solution; then through multiple continuous production processes such as a spin coating process, a blade coating process, a spraying process, a printing process and the like, depositing the perovskite thin film; and finally carrying out annealing treatment. The organic amine is introduced, so that the oxidation of iodine anions can be inhibited, a raw material ratio is accurate and controllable, and the defects caused by iodine are reduced; and moreover, a crystal production process can beregulated and controlled, the prepared perovskite thin film is large in grain size and few in defect, and the quality of the perovskite thin film is greatly improved, so that the performance of a perovskite solar cell device is improved.
