The invention provides a method of identifying hairy crab production places through strontium isotopes. The method comprises the steps that samples are pretreated, wherein hairy crabs are dried and ground after being cleaned, and the samples are obtained; the samples are mixed with hydrochloric acid for reactions, then react with mixed liquid of concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide, thenreact with mixed acid of concentrated nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid and then react with mixed acid of concentrated nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, the samples are dissolved in nitric acid after the reactions are over, and the samples to be subjected to column chromatography are obtained; strontium specific resin is adopted to separate and purify Sr isotopes in the samples to be subjected to column chromatography, and the samples subjected to column chromatography are obtained; and determination is performed on the samples subjected to column chromatography by the adoption of an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, Sr/ Sr values obtained through determination are compared with water standard values, and therefore the hairy crab production places are identified. According to the method, strontium dissolution is more thorough through a specific pretreatment method; meanwhile, the strontium specific resin makes separation and purification more thorough; and in combination with the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, analysis efficiency is high, results are accurate, and repeatability is good.
