摘要

•Gallstone-related gastric outlet obstruction (GOO) is classically caused by the formation of a cholecystoenteric fistula.•We report a rare case of gastric outlet obstruction due to an impacted infundibular gallstone in the absence of any fistula.•Laparoscopic cholecystectomy may resolve gastric outlet obstruction when an impacted infundibular gallstone is the cause.
