Protein and coding gene as well as vaccine and applications of protein and coding gene to preparation of the vaccine for preventing infection of Zika virus

The invention discloses a protein and coding gene as well as a vaccine and applications of the protein and the coding gene to preparation of the vaccine for preventing infection of Zika virus. Concretely, the invention discloses the protein, and the amino acid sequence of the protein is shown in a SEQ ID No:1. The invention also discloses the gene for coding the protein, an expression cassette, a recombinant vector, a transgene cell line or a recombinant bacteria which contain the gene, a vaccine containing the protein which is used as an active component, and applications thereof to preparation of the vaccine for preventing infection due to Zika virus. The protein is prepared into the vaccine and injected into mice, in order to produce antibody of high titer, and the antibody has high neutralization effects for Zika virus with good immunogenicity; at the same time, the vaccine does not contain live virus with high safety, and the vaccine prepared by the protein has good application prospects for preventing infection of Zika virus.
