摘要

•Early markers of therapeutic efficacy are essential for Chagas disease control.•A blinded case-control study for analysis of T. cruzi antigens is described.•Sera from a retrospective cohort of T. cruzi-infected and controls were used.•KMP11, 3973 and PFR2 obeyed the recent TPP criteria for Se (≥60%) and Sp (≥90%).•T. cruzi KMP11 and 3973 antigens showed a good post-treatment reactivity decline.
