IMAGE CAPTURING DEVICE AND IMAGE CAPTURING SYSTEM

Provided is an image capturing device provided on a moving body which moves relative to a subject. The image capturing device is provided with: a light source which irradiates the subject with irradiating light; an image capturing unit containing a TDI type sensor which accumulates electric charge corresponding to reflected light from the subject, and transfers the charge in accordance with an amount of movement of the subject; a vibration detecting unit which detects vibration of the image capturing unit resulting from vibration of the moving body in the direction in which the electric charge is transferred; and a control unit which controls the timing at which the electric charge is transferred, on the basis of the detection result of the vibration in the electric charge transfer direction detected by the vibration detecting unit.
