摘要

•Successful preparation of Nd3+ and Ti4+ co-doped YFeO3 via sol-gel technique.•The structure-property correlation was thoroughly investigated.•Enhanced magnetic properties are attributed to the existence of Fe3+ and Fe4+ mixed oxidation states.
