We greatly appreciate your comments on our manuscript "Randomized Double-blind Trial of Intramuscular Droperidol, Ziprasidone, and Lorazepam for Acute Undifferentiated Agitation in the Emergency Department" and agree, one size does not fit all when managing agitation in the ED. The concerns you raise about agitated, elderly patients is a very important issue for EP's to consider.
