摘要
As one of the evaluation indicators of red wines, trans-resveratrol (TRA) is demonstrated to be beneficial to human health to some extent. Here, amperometry is firstly adopted for the sensitive and selective quantification of TRA in red wines by using ordered mesoporous carbon (OMC) modified screen-printed electrochemical sensor. The addition of high surface area, electrically conductive OMC enhances the electron transfer between TRA and electrode surface. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the current response is found to increase linearly with TRA concentration from 5 μM to 50 μM, with the limit of detection of 0.473 μM (S/N = 3). Moreover, the recoveries of TRA in commercially available red wines are obtained from 87.98% to 102.87% with relative standard deviations below 2.0%. Results suggest that the sensor has excellent performance for routine TRA analysis in real samples, where the accuracy has been verified by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
