The system has introduced a revolutionary gene-editing technique that changed the face of healthcare, agriculture, gene therapy, cosmetic surgery, and much more. The current study focuses on the patent and non-patent literature data on CRISPR and aims to find out the global research scenario. Apart from the patent landscape analysis, the current study analyzed the worldwide research activity and top players of the field.
