Calculation and Aggregation of Q-rung Orthopair Probabilistic Hesitant Fuzzy Information

When multiple decision makers give the same decision information, the hesitant fuzzy set cannot completely describe all the decision information, and the use of fuzzy multiple set has the problem of being too cumbersome. The probabilistic hesitation fuzzy set introduces probabilistic information into the hesitation fuzzy set, which solves this problem well. Inspired by the probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set, this paper proposes the q-rung orthopair probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set, defines the operation of the q-rung orthopair probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set, and further proposes the q-rung orthopair probabilistic hesitant fuzzy arithmetic average operator and the geometric average operator and gives the details Calculation formula. Finally, a multi-attribute decision-making method based on the q-rung orthopair probabilistic hesitant fuzzy information integration operator is proposed.
