摘要

•Electrochemical DNA biosensor was developed based on CHIT-[GA-TiO2] nanocomposite.•Pencil graphite electrodes (PGEs) were modified with CHIT-[GA-TiO2] nanocomposite.•fsDNA was immobilized onto the surface of CHIT-[GA-TiO2] modified PGE.•The detection limit of DNA biosensor was calculated as 0.95 µg/mL.
