摘要
•Children with OSA combined with abnormal lung function have a high risk of airway adverse events.•Children with OSA and who had a history of chronic cough and asthma were more likely to have lung dysfunction.•The optimized preoperative airway management process could rapidly improve lung dysfunction to reduce intraoperative airway risk.•Establishment of preoperative airway management process requires multidisciplinary participation together.•Preoperative airway management process is necessary and beneficial to children with OSA before adenotonsillectomy.
