摘要
•94% and 74% respectively reported having at least ‘good’ health and well-being.•A majority reported being regularly fatigued and inconsistent sleep patterns.•Poorer health and wellbeing were associated with poorer performance off-call (p < .01).•Higher levels of fatigue negatively impacted technical and non-technical performance.•Improving modifiable factors to optimise health and wellbeing may improve performance.
