摘要

•Detection rate of HuSaV in Brazil was 3.7%.•In the surveillance period (2010–2017), 13 HuSaV outbreaks were detected.•Genotypes GI.1, GI.2, GI.3, GII.2 and GII.5 were associated to Brazilian outbreaks.•For the first time, genotype GIV was detected in Brazil.
