Three-dimensional nano/micro-structured porous MoP/CNTs microspheres as high-capacity anode for lithium-ion batteries

摘要
•MoP/CNTs microspheres are synthesized via a facile strategy, which is spray drying method followed by phosphating process.•Novel 3D nano-micro structure was designed to fix MoP nanoparticles on the CNTs framework.•For MoP/CNTs microspheres, MoP nanoparticles and CNTs are chemically bonded by P–C bonds.•Such structure design give rise to a superior cycling performance of MoP/CNTs as anode of LIBs.
