摘要

•A simple polysaccharide injectable hydrogel was prepared based on Schiff base crosslinking.•Nano-hydroxyapatite could be uniformly composited in the hydrogel.•The composite hydrogel showed excellent compact bone repair effect.•The bone repair mechanism meets the concept of Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR).
