摘要

•Target genes of VvMYBAs were analyzed using red and white mutants of grapes.•VvMYBAs induce whole anthocyanin pathway genes from PAL to transportation.•VvMYBA proteins interact with the promoter region of UFGT, LDOX, and CHS3.•The upstream genes like LDOX and CHS3 also seem to be controlled by VvMYBAs.
