摘要
Studies have found that there is overexpression of pyroglutamate aminopeptidase 1 (PGP-1) during inflammation, but the relationship between PGP-1 and disease is still unclear. To explore this situation, we designed the first near-infrared ratiometric fluorescence probe TP-1 for the PGP-1 specific detection to discuss the above problem. The large Stokes shift (?abs = 400 nm, ?em = 564 nm), high sensitivity and the lowest detection limit (0.14 ng/mL) make the detection of PGP-1 more accurate. HepG2 cells, RAW264.7 cells and mice are used to detect the relationship between the expression of PGP-1 and inflammation, and the expression of PGP-1 in different organs and tumors mice was explored for the first time. In vivo experiments have shown that in addition to the up-regulation of PGP-1 in inflammation, the expression of PGP-1 in tumor mice is more.
