Malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) is a rare but aggressive tumour whose clinical and pathological diagnosis represents a challenge, due to delayed diagnosis and poor prognosis. The aim of this study is to describe the demographic and clinical characteristics of patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma, as well as their subsequent treatments and outcomes in Hospital Universitario Puerta de Hierro Majadahonda, Madrid, Spain.
