摘要
Duodenal polyps are uncommon. They are usually syndromic seen commonly with Familial adenomatosis polyposis or Peutz-Jegher's syndrome, but maybe seen as a solitary non-syndromic polyp presenting with gastrointestinal symptoms. Few cases of Solitary duodenal hamartomatous polyps have been seen in adults, but to the best of our knowledge never in an infant. We hereby report a case of a 6week old infant who presented with bilious vomiting, weight loss and dehydration. Radiological investigations revealed an obstructive duodenal polyp. Duodenotomy and excision proved curative.
