摘要

LncRNAs and mRNAs in two lipid biosynthesis stages (60 DAF and 120 DAF) were identified in tung tree. The Hi-C data was used to find interactions between regulatory regions and target genes. According to the Hi-C data, a lipid biosynthesis regulatory network was constructed.
