摘要
•A salt hydrate (4CA5SSA) was synthesized based on crystal engineering approach.•The crystal structure is stabilized by NH…O, OH…O and CH…O hydrogen bonding interactions.•The title crystal is thermally stable up to 239 °C.•The synthesized compound was evaluated for its antimicrobial activities.•Title crystal shows significant antioxidant activities comparison to the standard ascorbic acid.
