A Rare Cause Of Parotid Swelling In An Elderly Male

The case describes the cytological findings of the rare oncocytic carcinoma of the parotid gland. A diagnosis of oncocytoma was rendered on cytology due to lack of malignant features, but the diagnosis of oncocytic carcinoma was made on histology where necrosis and infiltration into the adjacent stromal tissue were evident.
