The invention provides a security protocol reconstruction method and apparatus. In the case of a change in a network security requirement corresponding to a constructed network security protocol, a target security protocol reconstruction stream corresponding to the changed network security requirement, a part to be updated and a connector of the part to be updated in the constructed network security protocol according to a target reconstruction element set corresponding to the target security protocol reconstruction stream and an initial reconstruction element set corresponding to the constructed network security protocol, and the part to be updated is updated by using the connector of the part to be updated, so that all reconstruction elements in the constructed network security protocolare consistent with all reconstruction elements in the target reconstruction element set, therefore, the reconstruction of the constructed network security protocol is achieved by updating the part tobe updated, then the overall reconstruction of the constructed network security protocol is changed into partial reconstruction, as a result, the resource cost can be reduced, and the reconstructionefficiency of the constructed network security protocol is improved.
