摘要

•Acute effects of brain responsive stimulation were studied in a large ambulatory intracranial EEG (iEEG) dataset captured with the NeuroPace® RNS® System.•20.7% relative reduction in spectral power was observed in a 2-second window following active stimulation compared to sham in iEEG records.•Modest to strong associations between acute effects of stimulation and clinical outcomes were observed on individual detection channels.
