The invention relates to a method of using carbon nanotubes to prevent and control phytotoxicity caused to crops by herbicide residue. The method includes following steps: S1, measuring adsorption ofherbicide in soil by adding the carbon nanotubes, and establishing an adsorption isotherm; S2, establishing a dosage effect relationship between the herbicide and phytotoxicity; S3, on the basis of the adsorption and herbicide dosage, calculating using amount of the carbon nanotubes for recover herbicide phytotoxicity; S4, adding the carbon nanotubes into soil polluted by the herbicide, planting crops, preventing and controlling phytotoxicity of the herbicide, and promoting crop growth.
