Material and methods: Retrospective study of patients with ACC nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses of Instituto Portugues de Oncologia of Lisbon from 1997 to 2016. Results : There were 30 patients, being 60% female. The mean age was 65 years old. The commonest symptom was blocked nose and the commonest sign was hard palate bulging. 63% of patients had locally advanced tumor. The maxilar sinus was the most affected sinus (87%). The bone invasion was identified in most cases. All the patients underwent surgery with adjuvant radiotherapy. The patients who presented recurrence (50%) were treated with radiotherapy in the majority of cases. Conclusions : The ACC of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses has usually poor prognosis. The surgical treatment is limited by common and late local recurrence.
