摘要
•Three groups of dried droplets of BSA were observed: “functional”, “transition”, and “eye” patterns.•“Functional” and “transition” patterns show a coffee-ring that confines a great diversity of aggregates.•“Eye” patterns are deposits with a large inner aggregate surrounded by a coffee ring.•Patterns produced at 32 ∘C are structurally equivalent to that at room temperature, and it formed to 63% less time.•The aggregation of BSA proteins correlates with “eye” pattern formation.
