Posterior cervical laminoforaminotomy

Posterior cervical foraminotomy is a well-established procedure for addressing cervical radiculopathy occurring secondary to foraminal stenosis. In this review, we provide a detailed technical description of this procedure. Additionally, we provide an account of the indications, contraindications, preoperative considerations and clinical outcomes, as well as possible complications associated with posterior cervical foraminotomy and their respective management.
