Image Statistics Conversion for Color Transfer

This paper proposes an image statistics conversion method for color transfer. The proposed method enables color transfer in various color spaces using statistics such as mean, variance, and covariance of images. The proposed method is implemented by linear transform the stored statistical values into the desired color space. We expect the proposed method to be useful for video management systems in broadcast or CCTV services.
