Hypertensive activity reducing pyrrole coumarins compound and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a hypertensive activity reducing pyrrole coumarins compound and a preparation method thereof. The chemical structure formula of the compound is shown in the specification. The preparation method of the compound comprises the following steps: when R represents a hydrogen atom, vanillin is used as a raw material, and subjected to reaction to obtain a pyrrole cumarin compound 9-hydroxy-8 H-pyrano [3,2-f] indol-2-ketone; phenolic hydroxyl group of the 9-hydroxy-8H-pyrano [3,2-f] indol-2- ketone is subjected to etherification reaction to be connected with a lateral chain at least comprising 2 carbon atoms so as to obtain the pyrrole coumarins compound. The preparation method has the advantages that the raw materials are easily accessible, the reaction condition is moderate, the operation of the reaction process is simple, and the reactant is low in cost and easy to obtain; the compound shows the activities of vasodilatation and anti-hypertension, and can be used for preparing anti-hypertensive drugs.
