Identification of lodging resistance QTL of corn stalk and development and application of molecular marker

The invention discloses an identification of lodging resistance QTL of corn stalks and development and application of a molecular marker. The invention provides application of a substance in detectingthe genotype of the SNP site BA_29 on the chromosome 3 of corn in identifying or assisting in identifying the lodging resistance of corn stalk. The experiment of the invention proves that, taking thecorn in production as the research object, an index for evaluating the lodging resistance of corn stalks is developed, a QTL affecting the lodging resistance of corn stalks is identified, and a molecular marker for the lodging resistance of corn stalks is developed. The molecular marker can be used to assist in identifying the lodging resistance of corn stalks and serve as an index to evaluate the lodging resistance of corn stalks.
