Case 9-2021: A 16-Year-Old Boy With Headache, Abdominal Pain, And Hypertension

A 16-year-old boy presented with headache, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. He had been injured 17 months earlier in an ATV accident and again 2 months later while playing soccer. Since then, episodic headache had occurred. On evaluation, the pulse was 160 beats per minute, and the blood pressure 239/162 mm Hg. A diagnosis was made.
