Incoming Line Phase Identification of the Meter Box Bus of Low Voltage Distribution Network Using Circuit Terminal Unit

A new and comprehensive field intelligent electronic device, Circuit Terminal Unit, is developed to solve the problem of lacking real-time monitoring and controlling of low voltage distribution network. In this study, CTU is equipped in the incoming lines of distribution bus of meter box, and how to identify the phase relationship with that of distribution transformer is the objective of this paper. First, after the normahzation process, t-SNE feature extraction is performed to form a reduced-dimensional feature space; for the voltage waveform and aggregate power in the feature space, a multi-objective optimization problem is proposed that considers both power balance and voltage timing Waveform dual-objective classification; In order to obtain a better initial solution, an optimization problem that only considers power balance is used. A real case was s elected to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
